Manhattan Public Utility Services (MPUS) has been serving New York City's Manhattan borough since 1969 by providing residents with tools to cut through red tape, address utility company deficiencies, and providing each citizen with a forceful advocate when dealing with abuses or inaction by electricity, gas, phone/internet, cable, and other essential service providers.
